This is a hyperbolic helical staircase on which the radius decreases as the stair descends. Distinguishing features include stainless handrails that level out at the base and glass work to match, there is also stainless nosing on the stone treads. The underside is finished in fibrous plaster to produce a smooth clean ribbon.
