This S shaped stair was designed to provide access to a basement media room. It gives the desired entry and exit points while making a highly distinctive style statement. The elbow in both stringers and handrails is necessary to accommodate the change in pitch as the stair curves in the opposite direction. The stair also has lighting set into each stringer.
