This helical stair connects three floors in a large set of offices in London. Because of it's commerical setting this stair was required to be compliant with Part M of the Building Regulations so it was safe to use for those with disabilities. The stair has spray painted stringers and it's treads were clad in stone which makes for a balanced combination of materials.
