This gullwing stair has recently been completed in a house in Jersey. It's a hybrid G-Fin design with steel stringers in the wall and glass balustrading forming the structure on the open side. It works particularly well with the space and allows easy access to either end of the landing. Metalwork is matt stainless while the treads are laminated.
