Treads nosings

We recommend that treads are supplied with a nosing to reduce wear. Timber treads can be fitted with a discreet aluminium nosing
as standard. Brass nosing is also available or for heavy use a Gradus type nosing can be fitted.
Plain top timber and acrylic treads can have 10mm or 3mm aluminium strips inserted into the surface to reduce wear and increase grip. Treads can be recessed to take flooring to reduce wear and to provide continuity of floor finish.
